Is this a subscription that renews automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed access period. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
When does my access start?
Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed you can log in and start practising, and your access period starts from the date of purchase.
Which plan should I choose?
Pick the plan that covers the time until your exam date, with a few weeks to spare. Most candidates choose 3 months, which matches our 12-week study plan. If your exam is further away or you want to revise more than once, the 6-month or 1-year plan gives better value per month.
Can I upgrade to a longer plan later?
Yes. If you upgrade within one week of your original purchase, you only pay the difference between the two plans. Contact us with your order number to upgrade.
Can I get a refund?
Because access is digital and starts immediately, all purchases are final. We recommend trying the 25 free sample MCQs before you buy. Duplicate charges are always refunded. See our refund policy.
How does the pass guarantee work?
The 3-month, 6-month and 1-year plans include our pass guarantee. If you do not pass the AMC MCQ exam after preparing with your plan, contact us with your order number and exam result and we will extend your access free of charge. It is an access extension, not a refund. See our terms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club credit and debit cards, plus Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and prices are in US dollars.
Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The question bank works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone, so you can practise wherever you are.
Can I share my account with a friend?
No. Each plan is for one person. Accounts that are shared may be suspended without a refund.
