Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

AMC Question Bank sells digital products: online question-bank subscriptions and downloadable eBooks. Access is given immediately after payment, so we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

This applies to all products and situations, including:

• change of mind, or deciding you no longer need the product;
• unused or partly used subscription time;
• not logging in or not using your access during your subscription period;
• changes to your exam date, or deciding not to sit the exam;
• eBooks that have been purchased, whether or not they have been downloaded;
• accounts suspended or closed for breaching our Terms & Conditions, such as account sharing.

2. Try before you buy

We want you to be sure before you pay. Our free trial lets you answer 25 sample MCQs from different subjects, with full explanations, so you can judge the question style and quality first. Our FAQs and subject pages also describe exactly what each plan includes.

3. Duplicate payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Once we confirm the duplicate charge, we will refund the extra payment in full to your original payment method. Refunds normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Upgrading your plan

Instead of a refund, you can upgrade to a longer plan at any time. If you upgrade within one week of your original purchase, you only pay the difference between the two plans. Downgrades are not available. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

5. Pass guarantee

If you do not pass the AMC MCQ examination after preparing with an active subscription, we will extend your access free of charge for the same period you originally paid for. Please contact us with your order number and exam date to request this. The pass guarantee is an access extension only and cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund.

6. Problems with access or downloads

If you cannot access the question bank or download an eBook you have paid for, please contact us. We will fix the problem or provide a working download link as quickly as possible.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first so we can help. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised for a valid purchase, access to the related account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you.
