1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at amcquestionbank.com and all services provided through it, including the online question bank, practice quizzes, eBooks and related content (together, the “Services”). In these Terms, “AMC Question Bank”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website, and “you” refers to anyone who visits the website or uses the Services.
By using the website, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Independence from the Australian Medical Council
AMC Question Bank is an independent preparation resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Australian Medical Council (AMC) or any other medical licensing or registration authority. References to the AMC, its examinations and its published information are for identification and educational purposes only.
Exam rules, formats, fees and dates are set by the AMC and can change. Always confirm official information directly with the AMC. Nothing on this website guarantees that you will pass any examination.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy from this website. By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- Accounts are for individual use only. You must not share your login details, resell access or allow anyone else to use your account.
- You may sign in from more than one of your own devices. Simultaneous use from different locations or countries is treated as account sharing.
- If we reasonably believe an account is being shared or misused, we may suspend or close it without a refund.
- Please tell us straight away through our contact page if you think someone else has accessed your account.
5. Subscriptions and access
- Each subscription plan gives you access to the online question bank for the period shown when you buy it (for example one, three, six or twelve months), starting from the date of purchase.
- All plans are a one-time payment. They do not renew automatically, and we will not charge you again unless you choose to buy another plan.
- Within your access period you may attempt quizzes as many times as you like.
- Upgrades: you can upgrade to a longer plan at any time. If you upgrade within one week of your original purchase, you only pay the difference in price. After one week, the full price of the new plan applies. Downgrades are not available.
- When your access period ends, your access to the question bank stops. Your account, order history and any eBook downloads you are entitled to remain available.
6. Pass guarantee (access extension)
If you do not pass the AMC MCQ examination after preparing with an active AMC Question Bank subscription, we will extend your access free of charge for the same period you originally paid for. To request an extension, contact us with your order number and the date of your exam attempt. We may ask for reasonable evidence of your result.
The pass guarantee is an access extension only. It is not a refund and has no cash value.
7. eBooks and digital downloads
- eBooks are delivered digitally. After payment is confirmed, a download link is sent by email and made available in My Account → Downloads.
- eBooks are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial study. You must not copy, share, upload, resell or redistribute them in any form.
- Download limits or link expiry may apply. If you have trouble downloading a purchase, contact us and we will help.
8. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any discounts in effect at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details.
- Access is provided once your payment has been successfully completed.
9. Refunds
Because our products are digital and available immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for unused access time or change of mind. The full details, including what happens if you are charged twice by mistake, are set out in our Refund Policy.
10. Acceptable use
When using the Services, you must not:
- copy, record, screenshot in bulk, scrape, download or otherwise extract questions, answers or explanations, whether manually or using automated tools;
- publish, sell, share or distribute any of our content, in full or in part, on any website, app, group, forum or file-sharing service;
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, other users’ accounts or our systems, or interfere with the security or performance of the website;
- upload or transmit viruses or any other harmful code.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without a refund and take any other action available to us.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including questions, answers, explanations, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to AMC Question Bank and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own exam preparation during your access period. No other rights are granted.
12. Educational content
Our questions and explanations are written and reviewed by experienced medical professionals for exam-preparation purposes only. They are not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat patients. Clinical guidelines change over time. Although we review our content regularly, we cannot guarantee that every item reflects the most recent guidance at the time you read it.
13. Availability of the Services
We aim to keep the Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may update, change or remove content and features to improve the Services.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied;

- our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including intellectual property, acceptable use, refunds and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Our website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, such as payment providers and social login. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
